Fruit of the Spirit Focus - Kindness
The fruit of the Spirit of kindness involves tenderness, heart, and action. We see kindness countless times in Jesus' ministry. He had compassion on those who had were “like sheep without a shepherd” and in need of both physical and spiritual food (Mark 6:30-44).

Mr Tunchon's Travels
Hi St Lawrence’s Community,
Today the group of 12 start the Camino Santiago de Compostela from Leon to Santiago. It is a distance of 305km, finishing off at Santiago de Compostela Cathedral - the burial place of St James on Easter Sunday. Today’s first leg is 26km to San Martin. We have been given a passport to be stamped on the way as well as a scallop shell tied on to our backpacks as an indicator that we are on a pilgrimage.
(Please pray for my legs and feet)
Bueno Camino,
Mr David Tunchon
Railway Street (no unaccompanied children)
Please be reminded that ALL children are to be accompanied by an adult whilst crossing the extremely busy Railway Street in the mornings and afternoons. Children are instructed NOT to cross this road unaccompanied under any circumstances. If you are unable to get out of your car to collect or drop off your child, please use the Kiss and Drop option. The safety of children is everyone's responsibility. Thank you for your assistance with this.

Easter Raffle:
The 2024 P&F Easter Raffle is back again! A firm favourite with the kids (and adults!), we are kindly asking for donations of Easter Eggs and easter goodies to include in our prizes. All classes will have a donation box placed in the classroom next week (Week 8) for students to drop their eggs in. Hampers will be pulled together by our wonderful volunteers with the raffle being drawn and prizes distributed before the end of term.
Due to popular demand, we have made a few changes this year with tickets now being sold online! A link will be shared on Monday to purchase as many tickets as you like – you have to be in it to win it! For those who prefer the older cash method, manual tickets can be purchased via Louise in the office.
Interested in helping out on our Easter Committee? We will be in need of some helping hands to wrap hampers and distribute prizes in week 9 – simply get in touch with Kara (0409 576 648) if you are able to help out.
From everyone working behind the scenes to bring this raffle back this year – thank you in advance for your donations!
Thank you!
Kara Fraser
