Principal's Page
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to Term 3
It has been wonderful to see so many happy faces this week as we start our third term together. Welcome back everyone and I hope you all enjoyed your holidays. I had the chance to see my family over in Sydney and spend some quality time with them before they went into a tight lockdown. Please continue to pray for our families and friends in Australia and around the world as we all continue to navigate our way through the Covid-19 epidemic.
I would like to thank Mrs Kempton and Mr O'Malley for filling in for me whilst I was on leave.
Mrs Kempton is still on leave and the last time I heard from her she was travelling up the Gibb River Road and exploring the remote North Kimberley region. She is scheduled to return to work in Week 5.

Fruit of the Spirit
Galatians 5:22
"What the Spirit brings is different; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustfulness, gentleness and self-control. There can be no law against things like that, of course." Our fruit focus for weeks one and two of this term is the fruit of "Trustfulness". Trustfulness is the ability to be diligent and loyal to both myself and others. When we receive a responsibility we are reliable to see it through to completion.
The Sacrament of Confirmation
Our year six students will start their preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation beginning with a retreat day on Thursday, July 29. They will also be given a commitment card to take to either of the weekend Masses on Saturday July 31, 6pm or Sunday August 1, 9.00am where they will take part in a commitment service to show they want to be confirmed later in the term by Bishop Michael.
Confirmation will be celebrated on Tuesday September 7th, 2021 at 6.00pm
