Dear Parents and Guardians,
First Eucharist
Congratulations to our Year Four students who made their First Eucharist last Sunday.
Thank you to our Year Four class teachers – Mrs Waldock, Miss Ahearn, Miss Burro & Mr Gaby for all their work in preparing the students for this special Sacrament. The Eucharist – is Jesus' nourishment of us so that we can go out and try to model Jesus in all our words, thoughts and actions. A very special thank you to Mr & Mrs Shadforth for giving up their weekend time to ensure the undercover area was safe to use after all the rain we had on Saturday. Another special thank you to Mrs Hart who, even though she wasn't well, came to play the music for us. Thank you to our Altar Servers – Aila, Samantha & Franz, and all those students who formed our choir – we appreciate you giving up your time to support our year fours. Finally thank you to all families, friends and staff who attended this Mass and made it a truly special celebration.

Fruit of the Spirit
Galatians 5:22
"What the Spirit brings is different; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustfulness, gentleness and self-control. There can be no law against things like that, of course."
Our fruit focus for weeks nine, ten and eleven this term is the fruit of "Patience".
Patience is putting aside our needs and wants for another, being willing to wait our turn. We pay attention to considering the needs of others before our own.
